Join people who enjoy soccer, community, and a good time at "Goals on the Green" -- a special outdoor party for the planet's biggest international soccer tournament.

Hosted in collaboration with Crabapple Market and Rush Union Soccer, Goals on the Green promises an electric atmosphere as part of this soccer-inspired event at the Green at Crabapple Market. (This Friday edition coincides with the U.S. vs. Australia soccer game in Seattle, which starts around 3 p.m. ET.) 

Attendees can purchase delicious food served by on-site food trucks and participate in family-friendly activities around the Green. 

This all comes at an exciting time for "futbol" fans, our country, and Atlanta in particular. Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be the site of eight games this summer, starting June 15 and culminating with the tournament's semifinal on July 15. That means our part of Georgia should be buzzing for a full month with fans from all over.

This will be the second "Goals on the Green," with the other soccer-inspired party planned for Friday, June 19.
