UPDATE: Latest on tickets for Breakfast with Santa, Tea Party with Mrs. Claus

Post Date:10/08/2024 11:44 AM

UPDATE: Tickets will now NOT be available at 9 a.m. on October 11, as originally planned. Instead, we'll push back that date and time to a future date. Stay tuned to the City website, as well as our social media and other channels, for details on exactly when ticket sales will open.

ORIGINAL (AND NOW OUTDATED) POST:

If you or your Milton family want to attend Breakfast with Santa – to eat, drink, and be merry with Saint Nicholas himself – set your calendar for 9 a.m. on October 11.

That’s also the date and time that tickets will be available for a new Milton Christmas event: Tea Party with Mrs. Claus, which will be December 23 at City Hall.

Every person – so adults and children age 2 and older – needs to have a ticket for either event. There is no cost for Tea Party with Mrs. Claus. The $5 per person charge for Breakfast with Santa (formerly Pancakes with Santa) partially offsets the expense of each meal and professional photographs with Santa.

The latter Breakfast with Santa event once again will happen at Fire Station 44 (13690 Highway), this time on Saturday, December 14. To accommodate more people, this event will last several times longer with three seating options:

  • 7:30-9 a.m.
  • 9:30-11 a.m.
  • 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

The October 11 sign-up opening is for Milton residents only. Spots may fill up fast on a first-come, first-served basis. So if you want to grab one – especially at your preferred time – best be prepared to log-on then. If there’s still availability, non-Milton residents can claim them starting the morning of October 25. There will be NO Breakfast with Santa_Logotickets available at the door, so ONLY those who sign-up previously can go.

To be ready to act quickly, make sure you have a CivicRec account in advance. (CivicRec is what Milton uses for registrations to recreational programs.) Just go to www.miltonga.gov/Registration to get set up.

You’ll go to that same registration link (which redirects to https://secure.rec1.com/GA/city-of-milton/catalog) the morning of October 11 to claim your ticket. Just look for the “Milton Holiday Events” tab.

Breakfast with Santa will feature a delicious selection of catered foods plus a heaping portion of holiday cheer – including balloon animals made by one of Santa’s elves, a raffle, holiday décor, maybe even a visit from the Grinch (after its heart great, we promise).

Tea Party with Mrs. Claus is a special opportunity to enjoy tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and handheld breakfast treats with the one-and-only Mrs. Claus. She will read stories, pose for pictures, and get your child ready for Christmas – in just two days time at that point!

If you have questions about either event, contact Community Outreach Manager Emily Salerno at Emily.Salerno@miltonga.gov.
