Applications are now open for those wishing to be part of the next edition of Crabapple Fest – annually Milton’s most well-attended event – as vendors, food trucks, and non-profits.
To put your hat in the ring, apply via this link: https://www.eventeny.com/events/crabapple-fest-2025-18809/.
Crabapple Fest traditionally draws more than 30,0000 people to downtown Milton every fall. The next iteration will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 4.
That is a long ways away but, for an event of this scale, preparations to ensure a well-run Crabapple Fest begin months in advance. In fact, staff routinely field calls all year-round from those wishing to be part of this extremely popular event.
Given high demand and a desire to have a sensible mix of vendors, not everyone who applies will be able to participate. The application window closes on July 11, with decisions made by August 1 as to who is invited to participate. Those who are selected are provided a tent and specified space.
Every Crabapple Fest, deep, steady streams of people – and potential customers – flow up-and-down Crabapple Road to eat, shop, and have fun. Vendors offer a wide array of items like antiques, art, candles, clothing, jewelry, pet products, and pottery.
Thanks to our partners at Crabapple Market, there’s also activity closer to Heritage Walk. And last year, the footprint expanded with the City Hall parking lot transformed into a Kids Zone for family-friendly activities. (Note: There is also Kid Biz Expo for young entrepreneurs, but that is run by a different organization -- not the City -- with a different process and timeline.)
Those wishing to sell food, whether savory or sweet, can apply through the same application link. So, too, can non-profit organizations wishing to have a booth from which they can connect with the community. (Businesses can also become Crabapple Fest sponsors starting this week; we’ll share more on that process in another communication.)
