Families can come happy, hungry, and ready to hunt to our annual Community Egg Hunt – a beloved Milton tradition featuring enjoyable activities, delicious food, and an unmatched down-home feel.
Run by the City of Milton and our partners at Stonecreek Church, this year’s Community Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, March 21, once again in and around Cambridge High School’s stadium (2845 Bethany Bend). The first hour – between 10 and 11 a.m. – is exclusively for sensory-sensitive individuals (including their own egg hunt at 10:15). All are welcome at the main event starting at 11 a.m. that Saturday.
The centerpiece of these festivities, as the event’s name applies, are the egg hunts. There will be five rounds occurring between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. every hour. For each one, Cambridge High’s football field will be divided into thirds, with each section for a different age group (ages 0-to-4, 5-to-8, and 9-and-older). Kids will collect eggs though, unlike in the past, they won’t be filled with candy; instead, they can all exchange their eggs for a special goodie bag.
Yet Milton’s Community Egg Hunt is more than just about egg hunts. Once again, there will be plenty of other fun things to do such as:
- Giant inflatables to bounce on, some specifically for little ones under 5
- Pinata making (yes, you read that right!)
- Twisty balloons, where you can get a blown-up animal and more
- Face painting, making kids look even more colorful
- Permanent jewelry station, for the creation of beautiful, wearable items
- A seasonally themed photobooth provided by Mathnasium of North Alpharetta and Mathnasium of Crabapple
- And a rocking DJ
Attendees are bound to work up an appetite with all this playing, hunting, and creating. Thankfully, they’ll have ample edible options for lunch (from the Banging Burgers and Buns and Siliva’s Tacos food
trucks) and anytime sweet treats (compliments of Bliss Ice Cream, Cool Zone Concessions, Funnel Cake Guys, Jase’s Lemonade, and King of Pops).
People can park in the King’s Ridge Christian School lower and high school lots, where shuttles will transport them to-and-from the festivities. There will also be some spots around Cambridge High, with Stonecreek Church’s property serving as an overflow parking option.
A lot goes into making an event like this possible, on top of the considerable efforts by the City and Stonecreek Church team. Thankfully, several businesses are pitching in, including these Egg-cellent sponsors from:
- Karate Atlanta Milton
- Lambert Carts
- The Landscape Group
- Leafguard
- The Phoenix at Milton Senior Living
- The Reid Casey Real Estate team
- STABLE Orthodontics and Little Spurs Pediatrics Dentistry
- Superior Indoor Comfort
Thanks, too, to our next-level Egg-citing sponsors from Pet Lodge Pet Resort and Camp Arrowhead, as well as ace realtor Ashley Venegas. Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool is an in-kind sponsor.
The Community Egg Hunt is always a spring highlight, and the 2026 edition looks to be the best yet. Can’t wait – and can’t wait to see you there!
