
The first major day in the 2026 election cycle – General Primary Election Day, featuring contests involving a number of federal and state seats – is coming up soon on May 19. On the same ballot, any voter will also find Nonpartisan General Election contests for three Georgia Supreme Court justices, five Appeals Court judges, seven Circuit Court judges, and four Fulton County Court roles.
And many in Milton will be voting in different places this go around, as explained below.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Polling Location Changes
Below is a round-up of polling locations in our area that are changing effective this year. Please review the updates below carefully before heading out to vote:
- PRECINTS ML02 A/B and ML03A
- Previous location: Birmingham Falls Elementary School
- New location: Milton City Park and Preserve – Community Center (1785 Dinsmore Road)
- PRECINCT ML04
- Previous location: Cogburn Woods Elementary School
- New location: Bethwell Community Center (2595 Hopewell Road)
These changes will be in effect on Election Days throughout 2026. (That said, the Advance Voting locations are totally different.) And other polling places in Milton such as the Milton Library, Cambridge High, and Hopewell Baptist are not changing.
