Election Day is November 3. But where do you vote then? And what if you want to vote early?
As a service to Milton citizens, the City of Milton has put together the following information on the upcoming election that includes contests for President, Senate and a House seat. If you questions, though, you should contact Fulton County (starting at fultonelections.com) or the Georgia Secretary of State's elections division. The City of Milton itself has no races, referendum or anything of the sort specific to the upcoming election, nor do City officials have a role in the running of these elections.

VOTE EARLY (IN PERSON)
- This starts October 12 and runs through October 30.
- Here are the early voting hours:
- Monday, October 12 to Saturday, October 17: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, October 18: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Monday, October 19 to Saturday, October 24: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, October 25: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Monday, October 26 to Friday, October 30: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- You can find a list of early voting locations here: https://fultoncountyga.gov/.../reg.../early-voting-locations. One such option is the Milton library (shown here) at 855 Mayfield Road in the Crabapple area.
- You can vote at any early voting location in Fulton County -- perhaps libraries in Alpharetta, Roswell and Johns Creek, or even State Farm Arena in downtown Atlanta, if you'd like. It doesn't have to be your home precinct or even your hometown. You cannot, however, vote early in other counties.
- Fulton County is also offering "mobile voting," with two trailers (which are ADA compliant and have lifts) setting up in different locations every day. You can view the full calendar here showing where the units will be on a given date. As with other early voting sites, any registered Fulton County voter can use these mobile units.
- Waiting times at early voting locations can vary considerably. To make things easier, Fulton County has a special tracker to show just how long -- from arrival to voting to exit -- you can expect to be at one of its early voting locales. You can find it here: http://fulcogis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/6ec69e7c9eb84b31865fb2a71f4ba667.
