In order to have a DOG-gone good-time, we've put in place a few rules and guidelines. This, along with the waiver, can also be found on the registration page.

• Only well-mannered dogs—and well-mannered humans—are allowed. Each dog must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). One dog per handler.
• Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Any dog displaying aggression will be asked to leave immediately.
• Clean up after your dog. If your dog needs to relieve itself, please exit the pool area. Waste bags are provided.
• No human swimming or wading is allowed. Lifeguards will be on duty for emergencies. You may assist your dog in and out of the pool.
• All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
• All dogs must be at least 6 months old.
• Required vaccinations include Rabies, DHPP (Distemper), and Bordetella. Leptospirosis is not required but is strongly encouraged.
• Know your dog’s swimming ability. Some dogs are natural swimmers; others are not. Dogs who are fearful or overwhelmed may become aggressive.
• Leave personal toys at home. Pool toys will be provided to help prevent resource guarding.
• All participants must sign the event waiver and acknowledge rules at check-in.
• Keep your dog under control at all times. Handlers may be asked to leave if their dog becomes disruptive or unsafe.
• Dogs must be leashed outside the pool area. Leashes may only be removed once inside the designated pool space.
• Two pools are available: one for dogs under 25 lbs and one for dogs 25 lbs and over.
