Please, include the address or location of the work being performed in the subject line; if the address is not in the subject line, the permit will not be processed.

• Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit Note: This permit is typically used by utility companies or contractors executing development work in the right-of-way.

• Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit, Irrigation and Landscape Note: This permit is typically used by developers and homeowners.

• Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit, Residential Driveway (not located within a subdivision) Note: This permit is typically used by builders and homeowners.
