Applying for a variance
- Prior to submitting an application via the Milton CityView Web Portal, all applicants are required to meet with a planner who will review the applicant’s proposal and site plan. Contact 678-242-2524 for more information.
- Review and fill out the City's Variance Application, which can be found HERE.
- Submit the PDF of the application form via the Milton CityView Web Portal.
- Be prepared, as best you can, when contacted by a City staff member to learn about next steps. You can also follow-up by calling 678-242-2524 (the phone for Senior Planner Michael Cardamon) or contacting one of the City staff members listed below.
